1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RelyAI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RelyAI is an AI-powered relationship assistant that provides users with conversation starters, profile analysis, and text message suggestions based on user-provided inputs and screenshots.

3. User Content and Responsibility

Our App allows you to upload text, screenshots of conversations, and profile images ("User Content") for analysis.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any User Content you submit.
• License to Us: By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze said content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
• Your Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own the User Content or have the necessary rights and consents to share it with us. You agree not to upload content that violates the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party (e.g., sharing private conversations without consent in a way that violates local laws).
• Liability: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of sharing it. We accept no liability for User Content processed through the App.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• To upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or threatening.
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aziz Emre ERDOĞAN and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Türkiye and foreign countries.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)") or as one-time purchases via the Apple App Store.

• Billing: All billing and transaction processes are handled by Apple. You agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Cancellations: You must manage your subscriptions and cancellations through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aziz Emre ERDOĞAN be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
• Relaying on the relationship advice provided by the AI;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in İzmir, Türkiye.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
