User Content: We collect the data you voluntarily upload or input into the App, including screenshots of messaging conversations, dating app profiles, and text messages you type manually for analysis.

Personal Information: When you contact us for support, we may collect your name and email address.

B. Information Automatically Collected

Usage Data: We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the App (Log Data).

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: To analyze the screenshots and text messages you upload using our AI algorithms and to generate opening lines, reply suggestions, and profile reviews.
• To Improve the App: To understand how users interact with our App, to fix bugs, and to train our AI models to provide better relationship advice.
• To Communicate: To respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Data Processing and Legal Basis

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data). Our legal bases for processing include:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to provide the services defined in our User Agreement (e.g., analyzing a screenshot you uploaded).
• Consent: By uploading sensitive content (such as private conversation screenshots), you provide your explicit consent for us to process this data for the purpose of generating analysis. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the content or contacting us.
• Legitimate Interests: We may process data for security and App improvement purposes, provided that it does not violate your fundamental rights and freedoms.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting services), subject to confidentiality obligations.
